If you are using the new Outlook released in 2023, please follow these instructions.

Click the Copy signature button to copy the signature to the clipboard.

Open the Outlook client and click the Settings icon at the top right.

Navigate to Accounts and Signatures.

Click + New signature and name it Steglan, paste the signature in the text editor and click Save.

Now change New Messages to your new signature and set Replies/Forwards to (No signature) and click Save.

If you are using the old Outlook released in 2021, please follow these instructions.
Click the Copy path button to copy the folder path for use in step 3.
Right click on the Download button and choose "Save link as..."

Paste what you've copied in step 2 in the filename field and click Save button to go to the signatures folder.

Click the Save button again to save the signature.

I have done all the steps, now what?

If you have a brand new computer, the signature folder might not exist. To solve this, create a new dummy signatue in outlook and do step 3 again.

Click the Copy signature button to copy ths signature to the clipboard.
Logon to the Outlook Web App.

Click on the the Settings icon at the top right and click on View all Outlook settings.

Navigate to Mail, Compose and reply and paste the signature in the Email signature section.

To use the signature in other email clients or operating systems other than Windows and Outlook, you can copy the signature by clicking the button below and paste it into your mail client signature settings.
Now open up the settings in your mail client and paste the signature where you normaly edit your signature.
